Indirect Tax Manager - Creative Industry

Working on a newly created role with one of the most well known companies in the art world.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to take a step up into a more advisory focused role with exposure to issues across the EU.

The role will see you work closely with the Head of Indirect Tax, you will be expected to mentor some of the junior members of the team. You will have a broad range of indirect tax exposure and have strong communication skills, this role will see you advise some of the businesses clients so non tax technical advice is key!

* Advise business units on all Indirect Tax issues, ensuring tax risk is managed appropriately for all operations.
* Work closely with the US tax team to ensure complete visibility.
* Oversight of both internal and outsourced compliance process across global jurisdictions.
* Conduct risk and control analysis for indirect tax processes and identify areas where controls can be enhanced.
* Formulate and drive wider VAT/Indirect Tax strategy of the group.
* Represent the business, taking the lead on engagements and negotiations with external advisors, government bodies, tax authorities, and auditors.
