Your new role
A Tax Junior is one step above a Graduate/Trainee, that means that you would be beyond the stage of just data entry and start developing your ability to complete Tax returns. The role is mixed across Personal Tax, Corporate Tax and VAT and will develop over time to include more niche areas of Tax like Capital Gains, R&D, Inheritance Tax and the like
What you'll need to succeed
You should already have at least 1 years experience of working in an Accountancy Practice and a genuine, demonstrable desire to focus your career in Tax.
