EMEA Tax Manager / International Tax Manager In House Tax Opportunity Buckinghamshire

This is an exceptional International Tax Manager opportunity for a leading Global business based in Buckinghamshire.

Reporting to the EMEA Tax Director within a small EMEA HQ department you will take ownership of the European compliance and reporting cycle across the Group entities. This is a broad, visible role which provides exposure to issues much wider than compliance and reporting albeit this is a core component which needs management ( 60/40% split roughly). In addition you will be involved and not limited to transfer pricing, advisory work, planning, group restructuring. financing and group wide international projects.

This is an exceptional platform for someone to build on or build a strong International tax profile within a growing and powerful group.

You will be qualified- ACA/ACCA/CTA and ideally of trained within the Big 4 professional services with a strong proven tax background. Established exposure to European / International tax issues is desired, along with recent USGAAP / IFRS accounting knowledge, and transfer pricing. But the client will consider those looking to take a step into an International role to build on and expand some basic international knowledge.
