Tax Accountant (In-house)

A new opening has arisen to work for a multinational group that is recognised the world over.

The environment is friendly, dynamic and professional – you will report into a modern and progressive departmental head, supporting on a range of compliance led and ad hoc projects. Plus, there may be scope for some exposure to treasury matters as well.

With a range of different projects to get involved with– you will be immersed and engaged from day one, working as part of a small UK tax team.

Some of the responsibilities will include supporting on process optimisations, ensuring the tax returns are completed accurately and on time! dealing with various internal stakeholders on new business initiatives, ensuring the correct treatment of VAT on certain transactions, ad hoc research on projects and working with external advisors.

You don’t need to have experience in all areas of tax but a willingness and ability to learn something new is important.

This presents a great foundation to gain a breadth of tax skills that will set you up very nicely for your future professional development.
