Great opportunity in Central Swansea Practice - Partner Designate with Equity Partner potential

Your new company
My client is a well established Accountancy Practice in central Swansea. They are going through a period of change, with a long serving Partner retiring, and are looking for a forward thinking Partner Designate to come in and help take the firm forward.

Your new role
You will take over the Accountancy side of the Practice and manage the existing team, reviewing and overseeing work and making sure deadlines are hit. They are also looking for someone who has the capability to spend a lot of time dealing with existing clients, bringing in new clients and looking at projects like bringing in Digital Cloud Accounting systems to keep the Practice in line with changes in the sector.

What you'll need to succeed
You must be ACA/ACCA qualified with 5+ years post-qualification experience. You should have a good level of client facing experience and be motivated to have a real impact on the Practice. Rather than currently being a Partner Designate, your job level might be Client Manager or Head of Department depending on the structure of your firm.
