Reputable practice in Bolton seeking Personal Tax Manager to join their well established team | £25,000-£35,000

Your new company
A reputable and long established accountancy practice based in Bolton. Priding themselves on their quality client base and delivery of excellent customer service. This laid back firm are currently under considerable expansion and are therefore looking to recruit an experienced personal tax senior to join their tax team.

Your new role
As a personal tax senior you will be responsible for managing a diverse range of high quality personal tax clients ranging from HNWI's, partners and directors, sole-traders, pensioners and some trusts. You will be responsible for the preparation and submission of self-assessment tax returns, as well as offering ad-hoc advice on income tax, capitals gains, IHT, non-domicile taxes, trust and estates in addition to general tax planning. You will establish and maintain strong client relationships and liaise with HMRC on behalf of your client.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be a successful applicant you will have experience in managing a portfolio of personal tax clients in offering both compliance and advisory/tax planning services. You will either be ATT qualified/part qualified or looking to study with excellent communication skills. This firm prides themselves on offering high quality customer service and therefore are looking for candidates that can offer the same.

What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive a salary of between £25,000-£35,000 dependent on experience in addition to 20 days annual leave plus 3 days for Christmas and 8 days bank holiday. This firm has traditional values with modern laid back culture, in addition to being extremely IT focused and forward thinking. This practice is very social and meritocratic and give their staff a fair amount of autonomy of their role. Where necessary, this firm is happy to offer study support and regularly run seminars to keep staff's skills up to date. For any new clients brought into the practice, this firm will pay a 25% bonus on those fees brought in to the firm for two years after. This firm benefits from low staff turnover, free onsite parking, and a 3% guaranteed salary uplift per year.
