Your new role
Financial reporting of and insight into cost of sales and overheads to ensure the best factory decisions and improvements are made based on accurate and insightful information. Support and influence management team to deliver conversion cost improvements. Help to drive and embed a continuous improvement culture across both the finance and site teams. Improving systems, processes and reporting where necessary and support and develop the finance team.
What you'll need to succeed
Qualified in recognised accountancy qualification with 2 year's post qualification experience. FMCG manufacturing experience and strong analytical and numerical skills to support decision making.
