Your new role

To look after own portfolio of private clients, supporting colleagues and the Tax Manager with compliance work and a small amount of tax advisory work as required. Primary Responsibilities will include managing, a portfolio of private clients (including individuals, sole traders, partnerships and trusts), liaising with other departments and HMRC, carrying out administrative duties and updating clients regularly. Identifying planning opportunities in respect of clients affairs and training junior members of staff as required is also essential to the role.

What you'll need to succeed

ATT Qualification or ACCA qualified is essential. At least part-qualified CTA also necessary. A good working knowledge of MS Office especially Word and Excel is required for completion of daily tasks. Solid organisational skills and a problem solving approach will compliment your skills as an effective and highly motivated communicator. Furthermore, you will be an ambitiously-minded individual keen to take their next step in their tax career, with the credibility and credentials to take forward and perfect.
