This is a leading practice based in Central London with a fantastic Private Equity team. You will be joining the team's specialist division of Private Client Tax specialists where you will pick up entrepreneurial clients looking to explore private equity ventures. This firm can boast that they work with many of the UK's leading entrepreneurial and OMB clients.
Your new role
You will be joining this Private Equity Funds Tax team as a Manager where you will quickly be given responsibility for a portfolio. As a smaller practice you will have a variety of responsibilities to look after each client from beginning to end including all compliance and advisory. You will be responsible for dealing with all matters relating to the management of clients operating within the investment fund management sector, with a particular focus on private equity funds, their management/advisory structures and executive carried interest and co-investment.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered you must be either accountancy or tax qualified. Candidates from either a personal tax or corporate tax background will be considered. It is essential you hold a strong interest in the private equity funds tax space. You must also hold people management experience.
