UK Tax Accountant In House Tax Accountant Surrey

This is an exceptional permanent in house corporate tax role for a leading Global organisation based in Surrey.

The client is considering either FULL TIME OR 4 DAYS A WEEK WORKING PATTERN - A FLEXIBLE WORK APPROACH CAN BE CONSIDERED

The role sits within the UK tax department working closely with group finance and group reporting with a wider global tax network strategically placed around the world.

Reporting to the Group Tax Manager you will have ownership of UK corporate tax compliance cycle and group tax reporting under UK GAAP and IFRS. You will also be encouraged to get involved in wider issues such as advisory work, manage group projects, deal with queries across the business. This is a commercial role, one which integrates on a daily basis with the business as a whole, so engaging with others, business partnering and influencing others out side of tax will be a key part.

You must be qualified ACA/ACCA/CTA and have a strong UK corporate tax compliance and reporting background, either from the profession or from industry. You must be confident and willing to engage with the business at all levels to build rapport and to promote tax awareness.
