Senior Corporate Tax Advisory Manager – Insurance Sector focused

The market leading Insurance Tax team in London is looking for motivated Senior Corporate Tax Managers to join their expanding team. The group delivers a mixture of Corporate Tax, International tax and M&A tax advisory work with compliance outsourced to a separate team. They also support non-tax colleagues in Consulting, M&A and transformation service lines as the primary relationship holder for firms Insurance clients.

Knowledge of the Insurance Sector is desirable but not necessary as they are seeking a diversity of Corporate Tax experience and are ready to provide insurance sector-specific training. The insurance sector is forward facing, pleasant to deal with and reacts quickly to market changes.

The team has inspirational leadership, with the lead partner recognised as the market leader. His reputation for training provides a springboard into senior in-house roles, displayed by the majority of London Heads of Tax being trained by him. At present, the team is 30 people, and they are set to add more roles at all levels in the next 12+ months to deliver on their expanding pipeline of work. Their growth will provide the opportunity for fast promotion and development.

The successful candidate will be ACA/CTA qualified (or equivalent), have good knowledge of UK corporate tax and a strong desire to gain and continually improve their knowledge of the insurance market, insurance products, and insurance-related taxes.
