Tax Manager

Vacancy for a motivated Tax Manager to join a firm within the Top 40. Mixed Tax portfolio, competitive salary.

Working out of multiple offices and boasting increased revenue year-on-year, this firm handles an excellent array of clients across the Owner Managed Business sector. Working at their Dartford office, you will be able to draw on the cumulative wisdom and experience of 5 partners and a diverse, multi-talented team of 50 professionals.

Your new role

You will be responsible for a portfolio split across personal and corporate tax fields, dealing with all compliance matters through the review of returns. To do this effectively, you will be given sole responsibility over a considerable number of clients, in addition to handling P11D preparation and ad hoc work as part of a wider team. You will be expected to utilise your excellent organisation skills to simultaneously manage several tasks and commitments, and similarly use your communication skills both in a client-facing manner and to operate in tandem with the audit department.

What you'll need to succeed

You will possess the CTA qualification or equivalent experience and preferably have an accounting background. Similarly, you will have significant practice experience and be technically and verbally strong across both corporate and personal tax. Your verbal strength will also aid in building strong interpersonal relationships with your team, assisting with problem solving and client relations.
