Your new company :

A national retail business based in Warrington are seeking a Tax Manager to join their finance function in their head offices. This is a great opportunity to manage the tax compliance and reporting for the group.

Your new role :

As a Tax Manager you will be responsible for managing the tax compliance and reporting for the group liaising with both internal and external stakeholders. Compliance duties will include preparing the corporation tax computations, preparing quarterly instalment payments, preparing quarterly VAT and the P11D forms. You will also gain involvement in strategic matters, working closely with the head of finance and the wider finance team to undertake tax related projects.

What you'll need to succeed :

This is a great opportunity for a tax specialist to join a recognised retail brand in a standalone tax role. The business is seeking an ACA / ACCA / CTA individual who has strong interpersonal skills. Ideally you will have prior experience of working with a large business or group structure with some responsibility for managing the tax compliance within the business. Corporate tax specialists from industry will also be considered.
