Pure are currently hiring an Assistant Manager to work within the Global Mobility team of a Top 10 firm in Reading. The role is offering a highly competitive salary along with flexible working (full-time/part-time, reduced hours and working from home) and consistent career progression. This firm have a strong name in the market and provide a bespoke level of service to their clients which has allowed them to organically grow their client base. You would be playing a vital role within the Global Mobility team and contributing to its development as it continues to grow.
Background of the role
This role will entail supporting the Senior Managers and Directors of the team with provide a mix of compliance and advisory based service to a broad range of FTSE100 to Mid-market level clients. You will also be managing your own client portfolio to which you will be the primary point of contact as your clients will look to you for advice and guidance on structuring and planning international assignments. As the team continues to grow, you will play a vital part in training and mentoring more junior members of the team.
The candidate
Ideally you will have a background working within Global Mobility tax and would feel confident in managing your own portfolio consisting of a range of big ticket and mid-market clients.
