Our leading international client is looking to hire a Transfer Pricing Director specializing in the US (IRS)market to be based in Geneva or Zurich, Switzerland.

The TP Director will work with companies to reduce risks by aligning their practical Transfer Pricing solutions with overall global business, operations and objectives, assist with strategic documentation to support their Transfer Pricing practices and resolve disputes efficiently.

You will act as an engagement manager and lead a multidisciplinary team to head up practice related projects such as business model optimization, technology and automation projects.

The likely profile for this TP Director US/IRS role will include a Bachelor or Master degree in law or economics along with a Tax specific qualification and deep knowledge of US 482 and 6662 Transfer Pricing rules along with BEAT and GILTI rules.

In addition, you will have worked in the US i.e. experience of dealing with the IRS for Tax/TP Audits and possess strong leadership qualities and a proven record of partnering with big Multinational corporations in Europe.
