Reputable accountancy practice in Preston city centre seeking Tax Planning Consultant

Your new company
An award winning Top 50 Practice is looking to recruit an experienced Tax Planning Consultant to join their Tax team in their Preston office. The firm have an excellent reputation for training in a friendly and welcoming environment.

Your new role
As a tax planning consultant you will be responsible for supporting the tax partners on a variety of tax planning projects including Company restructuring, employee share schemes, dividend planning, EIS and SEIS shares, acquisition and disposal of private companies / unincorporated businesses and management buy outs. You will also have an exposure to private client management, advising Non UK resident individuals and companies and trusts and will also have an involvement in year-end tax planning.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be a successful applicant you will have experience in offering an array of tax planning and advisory services from within a reputable practice with varied client base. You will be CTA/ ACA or ACCA qualified with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, and able to tailor communication appropriately.You will have the ability to work as part of a team with a strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.
