A world leading group is looking for a tax specialist to join at Assistant Manager level its tax structuring team in London. In this dynamic environment, you will show strong entrepreneurial spirit and apply technical skills to a variety of projects and transactions.

The team deals with the world’s largest corporate, insurance and private equity clients, specifically focussing on developing areas of the M&A sector.

It is a great time to join them as they have expanded exponentially in recent years and are continuing to grow. The team has advised on some of the major market transactions with top FTSE multinationals and continues to secure some of the best work in the market. The work will be mostly advisory along with developing tax structuring projects for both strategic and private equity buyers and sellers, as well as being involved in analysing and structuring transactions.

In order to be successful, you will need to be ACA/CTA qualified (or equivalent) and have corporate tax experience along with being client driven and commercially aware. Technical expertise, along with motivation, leadership and excellent communication skills are essential.
