Your new company
A Big 4 firm with international presence looking to recruit a new Private Client Senior Manager into their Manchester office. The Private Client Advisory team is led by 5 Partners and comprises over 120 client facing staff across the UK. In the North, there are around 40 client facing staff serving clients across the region.

Your new role
As a Private Client Senior Manager you will manage your own portfolio of ultra high-net worth families, typically involving the management of the annual compliance cycle. This involves running the communication with the client and managing communication with the compliance centre. Where relevant this also includes the management of enquiries. You will deliver on advisory projects arising from the client base and for standalone advisory projects. This will cover the range of private client tax advice including advice on shareholder issues (e.g. de-mergers, succession, and family holding companies), IHT, property structuring, residence and domicile. You will also offer transaction tax advice to shareholders and management teams and for candidates with the relevant experience, you will act as performance manager for 3 team members.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be a successful applicant for this role, you will be experienced in managing a portfolio of Ultra high net worth individuals from within a reputable practice and have experience in offering advise on matters such as de-mergers, succession planning, IHT and property structuring. You will ideally be CTA qualified and ideally have experience of managing people.
