Hays are recruiting a Corporate Tax Manager for their client, a top 20 firm in Peterborough.

The role
You will join a team of five providing a variety of work for a varied portfolio, including OMB's, SME's and Groups

Responsibilities;
Duties will include dealing with the compliance aspects of the tax work, including review of tax returns and computations, running a portfolio of clients, providing tax advice to clients and involvement with tax planning and projects. You will also be required to run a portfolio of P11D clients and be involved in associated advice. You will be expected to take on some responsibility for managing junior staff and assist with their training and development.

You;
To be successful you will have strong technical skills and experience, and have a detailed up to date knowledge of corporate taxation issues. In addition, you will be confident in dealing with partners and clients, possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressure in a friendly environment. With this role come the pre-requisites that the candidate is motivated, committed and willing to go the extra mile.

Education and experience
Candidates will preferably be CTA and ACA/ACCA qualified with a minimum of two years post qualification corporation tax experience.
