Your new role
You will be part of a small team that drives the future direction of the practice. Whilst there is a good base to work from you will be a work generator in order to maintain a work stream.

What you'll need to succeed
Naturally your technical skill will be excellent, additionally your soft skills both with client relationships and team leadership are of paramount importance. You will possess an ambition for early business ownership and the responsibility that entails. Internally, thought leadership and commercial nous will be valued and externally presenting a high level professionalism and technical skill to the regional business community.
