The Share Schemes practice is a growing area of the wider Employers Advisory division and you will assist with the development of the team's exciting business plans. You will be working directly with the firm's partners to deliver thoughtful, commercially focused incentives to a wide range of clients across different industry sectors and with varying ownership structures. To succeed in this role you will need proven experience in the design, drafting and implementation of share plans and other incentive arrangements, as well as in the different aspects of employment taxes. You will have a track record of high levels of client service. You should have excellent communication skills and be an enthusiastic team player. The desire to take part in business development and win new clients would be advantageous. You should be either CTA qualified (or equivalent) or a qualified solicitor with appropriate practical experience and technical competence.
