Nebula Partners are working with a leading professional services firm to help them to identify a talented individual to join as a director within their transactions team, specialising in private equity. The team have all their transactions specialists sitting within one team, including corporate and PE deal specialists as well as restructuring and fund/management structuring specialists. This structure allows team members to specialise or experience a range of transactions. The team work with a variety of clients from a range of sectors, working closely with the incredibly strong network of transactions specialists at the firm globally.
The opportunity:
• High level management of the successful delivery of technically complex and demanding consulting projects
• Overall responsibility of quality of client service
• Operational responsibility for specialist projects or client accounts or teams in specialist markets or geographies
• Leverage expertise to strategically build profitable revenue growth in specialist area or across wider market
• Create value through thought leadership, bringing new insights and delivering service excellence
• Build networks internally and manage leads from other areas
• Significant involvement in the management of the team both in terms of strategy and operations
The Person:
• ACA/CA/CTA/ tax inspectors with full technical training course/ law qualification
• Significant experience from a large practice in M&A tax and PE / funds
• Strong technical skills
• Business development skills
