A leading Asset Management Tax Advisory Team are seeking a proactive Senior Corporate Tax Manager to join their main office in Edinburgh. The team has a leading portfolio of both local and international Asset Management firms.

The team has inspirational leadership, with the lead partner leading FS Business Tax Services for the EMEIA region. As a result, members of the Edinburgh team are given the option to work on cross-border projects and travel internationally. At present, the Edinburgh team has more than 50 people and is recruiting due to an expanding pipeline of work. Due to their growth, they will continue to add roles at all levels in the short and medium term, giving the opportunity for fast promotion.

The firm is particularly progressive and has a strong focus on work-life balance. It is normal for members of this team to work from home at least once per week. They are also able to offer part-time hours and flexible working hours.

Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain tax relationships with clients and provide high levels of client service
• Assist in winning work by proactively managing existing clients and contribute to winning new clients.
• Manage the successful delivery of tax projects, ensuring technical excellence and practical/business-driven approach taken
• Contribute to successfully extracting maximum value for the firm and clients from the tax services delivered whilst managing risk appropriately for both the client and the firm.

The successful candidate will be ACA / CTA trained (or equivalent) and can build and maintain their client relationships with minimal oversight from Senior Management. This is a fantastic opportunity for fast promotion in an exciting and expanding team.
