Mixed Tax Manager/ Senior Manager

Large Liverpool based independent looking for a Mixed tax manager | £35,000-£45,000

This is an independent firm with a large tax team and an enviable portfolio of corporate and personal tax clients with an excellent reputation locally for delivering a high quality tax service to their clients. This firms client base comprises of individuals, partnerships, companies and groups. While most of their clients are UK based, this firm also provides advice to international clients, both personal and corporate.

Your new role
Your new role will include the responsibility for a portfolio of clients, providing both tax compliance services and advice on ad-hoc tax planning projects. Depending on your experience and interest in doing more advisory work there will be the opportunity to lead tax advisory assignments across their wider client portfolio. You will also manage the client relationship and liaise via various means.

What you'll need to succeed
The right person for this role will have a mixed tax experience, but we will consider those who have specialised in either corporate or personal tax as long as there is a willingness to learn. A number of their team have successfully made the transition from corporate tax roles in larger firms.You will also ideally be CTA/ACA/ACCA or HMRC examination qualified.

What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a salary of between £30,000-£45,000 dependent on experience and qualifications plus 20 days annual leave and 8 days bank holiday. You will also receive an excellent opportunity with a large and reputable independent firm of accountants.
