In House Tax Manager job in Bingley. Salary of £50,000 plus bonus and benefits.
Your new company
I am working in partnership with an expanding market leading business in Bingley to recruit a new Tax Manager. This is an ideal role for a first time mover from practice, or someone that is already in an industry role looking for an exciting new challenge.
Your new role
Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, you will be responsible for Tax compliance work associated with Corporate, Indirect and Employment Taxes. You will also have exposure to leading projects relating to the businesses R&D claim, and M&A and due diligence. There is also the opportunity to expand into the areas of Treasury and cash flow management.
What you'll need to succeed
It is desirable that you possess a relevant qualification such as CTA/ACA/ACCA with post qualification experience and an up to date understanding of UK Corporate Tax legislation. You should also have experience of working with group companies with an international footprint. As this role involves directly managing one report, whilst also overseeing the work of individuals in the businesses other jurisdictions, it is desirable that you have some experience of leading a team.
