As a Global Mobility Tax Senior Manager, you will join the Global Mobility Services team and be a fundamental part of the People Services group. Your key responsibility will be to nurture and maintain client relationships. These client relationships will be a combination of the portfolios that will be handed over to you and the business opportunities that you have generated and pursued. Other day-to-day duties will include managing multiple projects, assisting in running the IES team meetings, and dealing with the associated compliance processes. You will also lead and coach the more junior members of the team given your senior title.
Ideally, you will be CTA/ACA qualified, or equivalent, with a relevant Global Mobility Tax background. Personally, you should be able to communicate with the team in an open and honest manner, and take accountability for your work. A big factor of this role is the business opportunities that you will seek out which means that you will have to be proactive and highly-motivated.
