EMEA Direct Tax Manager, London

Your new role
This is a fantastic position which will be based in London and will have primary responsibility for supporting the Senior Tax Manager. You will manage and coordinate all aspects of the tax compliance process. You will have a chance to manage the process across the EMEA countries.

You will analyse the tax reporting consequences in the EMEA region for corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, internal restructuring and entity set up. You will build your experience through liaising with other members of Tax, Accounting, Business Units and external advisors to develop and implement process improvement opportunities.

You will perform risk based reviews of the process output of each EMEA entity, either by specific review or through Analytical Procedures to ensure that the tax accounting controls are working as designed.


What you'll need to succeed
You will be a Chartered Accountant or Chartered Tax Advisor qualification with minimum 3 years. You will have post‐qualification experience in tax provisions and tax compliance with multinational clients. A strong tax compliance background and the ability to manage the intricacies of GAAP and Tax accounting. You will have a strong technology skill set.
