Are you an auditor looking to transition into Tax? If so, consider utilising your understanding of statutory accounting/reporting and risk-based audit approach to add value to audit of tax whilst supporting clients with group/statutory reporting needs!!

As you may know, Tax reporting requirements have simply increased exponentially in recent times, which has led to an increase demand in individuals both within listed multi-national groups and those capable of advising them. In the new trend of outsourcing compliance & reporting services to key ad visors, many firms are now are on key hiring spree's and this employer is no different.

You will join a team instrumental in focusing on tax audit/reporting requirements, tax transformation, tax compliance outsourcing and leading on tax technology and innovation.

Initially to make the transition as easy as possible you will be:

* Developing lasting client relationships and actively building a network and range of experience to help address client need
* Providing compelling and well-thought-out solutions to problems of moderate complexity

* Providing tax technical input for audit of tax on a mix of listed and non-listed multinational groups;
* Supporting clients with their group/statutory Tax Reporting needs; including delivery and project management on global outsource contracts under US GAAP and IFRS;
* Drafting advice to clients on GAAP conversion projects;
* Drafting tax accounting project work, including, inter alia, special purpose accounts, tax risk provision reviews under IFRS/US GAAP, supporting with tax accounting training and advising clients on process improvements and changes to accounting standards;
* Supporting the delivery of corporate tax compliance engagements and the management of compliance outsourcing contracts;
* Drafting advice to clients on the tax and tax accounting implications of new legislation;

From there once you have gained the necessary tax technical skill, you can naturally work on each relevant service line within this group. If you are already a ACA with a strong interest in systems/technology in general, this team is incredibly keen for you to work on large scale ERP implementation.
