Your role:
* The firms' goal is to increase their presence and market share within the Saskatchewan province
* You would directly manage a team of private client tax professionals and assist with training and development
* You would have the autonomy and the access to work directly with key clients within the business. As the partner is based in Calgary you would be responsible for running the practice out of Saskatoon or Regina
* This role is of utmost strategic importance to the firm as they are looking for their next generation of senior leaders to grow into locally based partners!
What you'll need to succeed:
* You must be CPA Qualified (or near completion)
* You will need to have the ability to manage and grow a portfolio of clients
* You will need between 5 - 8 years of Canadian tax experience
* Enthusiasm and a positive work ethic is crucial to ensure the team are behind the common goal of the company
