Private Client Tax Senior Manager role with a Top 10 Accountancy firm in Central London

Your new company
The Private Client Tax Services team at this firm acts for a wide range of entrepreneurs, family offices, private equity and hedge fund principals, large landed estates, high profile professional partnerships and senior executives of large listed and private businesses. The services that they deliver include tax return compliance services, transaction and reorganisation advice, optimisation of wealth from a tax perspective, and estate and succession tax advice. Their client base is a mix of UK and non-UK domiciled individuals, and their international network results in their regional teams undertaking a high proportion of cross border tax services.

Your new role
Your main priorities in this role will be building relationships with clients and proactive business development to win new work. You will be required to manage the successful delivery of technically complex and demanding consulting projects, as well as helping the team develop. Other responsibilities include contributing to initiatives, including retention and training of the team, and management of the strategy and operations of the department.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed, you'll need technical and practical knowledge and experience in advising UK non-domiciled individuals and families, in particular inheritance tax and funds. As well as being client driven and strategically aware, you will also need strong technical and client relationship management skills. You'll need experience of coaching and developing a team, as well as monitoring the day to day delivery of a team. A CTA/ACA/CA qualification is essential for this role, although time qualified candidates will also be considered.

What you'll get in return
This firm is committed to being an inclusive employer, and pride themselves on their flexible working arrangements, alongside their competitive benefits package. Working for this firm, you will be able to excel within the profession as well as achieve a lifestyle balance that suits you.
