The Company
Reach International is working with this Global Accountancy firm to appoint an Employment & Expatriate Tax Manager to its team in Dublin, Ireland.
The Role
• Responsible for the successful delivery of tax compliance and advisory projects for a broad portfolio of domestic and International clients across various industry sectors
• Managing employment tax (PAYE/PRSI/USC) checks and due diligence reviews and PAYE/PRSI audits
• Advising clients with implementation of share incentives and other reward schemes
• Managing Global Mobility programmes for clients
• Expatriate tax advice with regard to inbound assignees and frequent business travellers
• Advising on use of assignee tax incentives (SARP) and (FED)
• Managing social security and immigration support services
• Build relationships both within the firm and externally with clients
• Contribute to winning new work through existing and new clients
• Involvement in the delivery of training to trainees
The Candidate
• AITI or CTA qualified and/or a qualified accountant
• Over 5 years’ experience of working within an Expatriate Tax or Global Mobility team in a practice environment
• Strong technical skills working with both Irish and International clients
• Experience of supervising assignments and managing client relationships
