Business Development Manager, London

This consultancy focuses on providing R&D tax credit claims for clients across a range of industries.

You will take responsibility for developing and maintaining business relationships. The role will involve you networking, attending events, using social media and yes, calling people on the phone. The focus is on mid-range to large deals which gives you the best return and guarantees you develop your skill set. 

The MD wants someone to take charge of the existing BD team and come up with a strategy that will really allow them to grow. 

Months 1-6 will involve you familiarising yourself with the business, team and generating work. 
7-18 will involve you taking charge of the team and putting together a growth strategy.
