100% advisory – Corporate Tax role in Uxbridge - £80-105k basic salary

Are you a senior Corporate Tax, International Tax or M&A Tax specialist currently living in West London and looking to work closer to home?

A leading firm looking to expand its Uxbridge office is looking for a Senior Manager to join its 100% tax advisory group. Ideally, they are looking for an ambitious senior M&A Tax or International Tax specialist. This role could offer a shorter commute and more reliable hours which emphasise a work life balance to anyone currently commuting into Central London. While the skill sets involved in M&A tax are helpful, as is experience working on large multinational tax projects, refinancing, restructuring and due diligence, this role would involve a much more consistent work pattern. No more late nighters, but still an opportunity to work on interesting and varied tax technical work. Also, this would pay the same as a London based role, with a basic salary of up to £105,000.

This team has ambitious growth plans which have already been supported by a strong pipeline of work and an ever expanding client portfolio. As such, the successful candidate with have the opportunity to progress to Director in the short-medium term.

The successful candidate should have demonstrable corporate tax experience. You will be ACA/CTA qualified (or equivalent) gained at a large firm. Experience of developing and maintaining strong client relationships as well as internal relationships is essential. The successful candidate could come from professional services, or industry.

Basic salary – up to £105,000 plus industry leading benefits and bonus.
