Share Schemes Specialist, London

My client, a well-established UK-based firm, are seeking an equity incentives specialist to lead the advisory arm in their London office. The firm is a market leader in their sector and this position has arisen following growth within their reward practice which they would like to maintain.

The ideal candidate will have experience advising on share plans or equity incentives and the tax matters surrounding these. Transaction and management incentives experience is a plus. The firm works primarily with financial services clients and you would be responsible primarily for dealing with private companies and private equity firms, though prior experience in this area is not essential. Outside of advisory work, you would be responsible for managing a small team, delegating work where necessary, as well as going out to win new work with the intention of growing the team out under your leadership.

This role would suit either a solicitor or a Big 4 trained Reward specialist working around the Senior Manager/Associate Director or Director level.
