Role
Due to continued growth with our local client base, we are looking to hire Audit Seniors to join our Belfast practice.
Our Audit team ideally need you to have the following on your CV:
Strong interpersonal skills, drive, commitment and enthusiasm are a pre-requisite for this role. Qualified accountant (Chartered Accountant or equivalent)
Excellent knowledge of accounting and auditing
Strong team leading and communication skills
Excellent project management skills
Your work will be varied. Below will be some of your core responsibilities:
Working on a portfolio of audit clients across a range of industries
Planning of audit – timing, staffing and structure
Liaising closely with clients
Reviewing audit work papers
Researching and resolving technical queries from clients
Reviewing financial statements
Liaising with directors and partners, as well as other professionals including Tax, Actuarial, etc.
Preparation of reports to management on issues identified during the audit
Responsibility for managing the successful completion of the audit
