International tax lead - Rapidly expanding tech start up, San Francisco

The role:
I am currently supporting a rapidly expanding tech start-up based in the San Francisco Bay area. They have experience rapid growth over the last 24 months and predict that their market share and demand for their product will only increase in the coming years. As a result of this growth they are looking to build a first class international tax group, the infrastructure in place is currently in it's early stages but this would give someone an exciting opportunity to build and develop a first class as they deem best.

Responsibilities:
- Us tax implications on both US and overseas operations.
- Transfer Pricing
- International tax reporting
- International tax audits
-Tax incentives
- Transaction taxes and M&A due diligence

About you:
The ideal candidate will be highly analytical with unquestionable integrity and with an ability to partner across finance, accounting, product and legal. They will also have 15+ years of experience in both practice or industry during that time they would have acquired extensive experience within M&A due diligence, transfer pricing and informational reporting. Also exceptional project management skills will be key to success in this position as you build the function out over the coming years, it would be well suited for an entrepreneurial hands on individual.
