Our client is a mid-tier practice firm looking for a senior manager for its highly successful audit team. The team is looking for a driven, credible and experienced senior manager as a key part of the team. As a senior member of the team you will be involved in all aspects of practice development from coaching and mentoring, managing key client portfolios to business development activities to help grow the practice further.

The main responsibilities of the role will involve working on the strategy with the leadership team to drive the business forward, gaining RI status and signing off audit reports as well as managing client relationships, managing networks both internally and externally. You will be leading large technical complex client projects, supporting managers negotiating client fees per engagement and be involved in recruiting new hires.
Ideally candidates will have the following experience:
A professional qualification (ACA/CA/ACCA or equivalent). Strong networking skills, be interested in business development and have audit delivery experience, experience on large audits and complex groups in addition to dealing with technical matters, have a good working knowledge of compliance and regulation. Our client is looking for candidates with a genuine interest in working in a consultative way with the client base, that can work to the business's needs, so have an understanding of what needs to done to drive the business forward seizing opportunities, be adaptable to changing conditions to growth with clients and the business.
