As a Private Company Tax Manager you will be working with clients across both corporate and shareholder taxes, delivering a range of tax advice and managing transactions. These clients are predominately family-owned businesses that have long-lasting relationships with the team. Joining the team, you will be expected to also build new relationships across the multiple industries that the firm deals with. The performance management process is structured, transparent and interactive, which means that it will be your responsibility as a manager to coach more junior members of the team.

For this job, you will need to be CTA or ACA qualified, or the equivalent, with strong technical skills. It will also be beneficial to have previous experience in managing a portfolio of clients, working with private business clients and in business development. This firm is looking for someone who has the drive and an aptitude to progress.
