The primary objective of the Senior Corporate Tax Manager is to build long-term relationships with Real Estate clients, whilst providing a corporate tax compliance service. Day-to-day duties will involve reviewing the corporate tax returns, partnership tax returns and REITs prepared by junior members of the team, and identifying tax advisory opportunities. Therefore, this role enjoys a nice blend of client relationship duties with the technical tax skills and the real estate industry knowledge.
To be considered for this role you should be ACCA/ACA/CTA qualified or the equivalent, with post-qualification experience in corporate tax, Real Estate Investment Trusts (REIT) and partnership compliance. Interpersonal skills are key for this role given the level of client interfacing that is involved.
