Your new firm have been established for a number of years and have developed an excellent reputation in the surrounding areas. They are a general practice offering a range of services to their extensive client base including Tax, Bookkeeping, Accounts and Payroll. Following a period of sustained growth they are now looking to appoint a Personal Tax Assistant to their successful Tax team.
Your new role
As a Personal Tax Assistant you will be responsible for the preparation of self assessments, ensuring all necessary documents and information is provided in a timely manner. You will be required to liaise with clients on a daily basis and assist the Personal Tax Manager with their portfolio. Clients will consist of sole traders and limited companies as well as Partnerships and High Net Worth Individuals.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to undertake this role you will have at least a years experience working within a n accountancy practice and you will be up to date with the latest legislation in regards to Personal tax. You should be able to work autonomously as well as part of a team and your communication skills will be excellent. You should be able to establish an excellent working relationship with colleagues and clients and ideally will be ATT qualified although studiers will be considered.
