Your new role
Managing a portfolio, you will provide Expatriate Tax solutions to a broad range of clients across the globe, preparing and reviewing calculations and providing specialist advice. As the Manager operating within a team of 5 specialists, you will manage existing clients over the phone and at face to face meetings, whilst networking and identifying market opportunities and potential customers. This will involve forming commercially viable business proposals, tenders and quotations, and liaising with other service lines within the organisation. You will also have regular contact with HMRC.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful applicant will have an extensive Tax background, preferably in relation to Global Mobility, but potentially in Employment or Personal Tax (which will be developed into Expatriate Tax). A relevant qualification will enhance your application greatly, for example CA, CTA or ATT. Further to this, you will demonstrate the attributes lending to success in meeting and engaging clients in business, such as professionalism, confidence, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, commercial awareness and a pro-active nature.
