Leading North West accountancy practice seeking Tax planning associate for their Manchester office

Your new company
A leading North West accountancy practice with 100+ staff across 4 offices. Established almost 50 years ago this accountancy practice specialises in providing accounts, audit, payroll, taxation and business advisory services to an array of clients.

Your new role
As a Tax planning associate, you will be responsible for your own varied portfolio of clients with a mix of tax compliance work and advisory work, with an advisory bias. Advisory work will include; income tax and dividend planning, research & development tax relief claims under supervision, basic corporate re-organisation work including shares and reclassification's and other general tax enquiry work. You will be responsible for taking ownership over the client relationship and -understanding the clients' business needs and identifying opportunities for other tax/accounts services.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be a successful applicant, you will have experience of both tax compliance and advisory work from within a reputable accountancy practice and ideally be ATT/AAT qualified. You will have the ability to communicate well with both clients and colleagues and will have strong team working, motivation and organising skills.
