The role is a mixture of compliance and advisory work. The compliance is complex, due to the nature of the client base. The planning work will involve you working alongside senior staff on ad-hoc tax projects, in addition to supporting your own opportunities and acting on them.

You will have a structured career path, which will support your development, both from a technical perspective as well increasing your soft skills. This will include learning to improve your client handling and management skills. Prospects to assistant manager and manager are extremely good and achievable in a few years.
