The roles are focused on creating demand in the marketplace for indirect tax services, leading relationships with some of our largest and most important clients and helping develop the teams around them. This requires world class client handling skills, real origination ability and clear leadership talent. We are a diverse business and as such recognise that different candidates may have these different attributes in differing proportions. There is plenty of support on offer to hone each of these abilities further too.
