Expatriate Taxes - GM

£120-170k + Bonus/Bens
Our Client a growing accountancy firm is now looking for a GM Expatriate Taxes to head up their London practice. This is a rare opportunity to be part of the Leadership team of a growth business, looking to create a new offering in London.
Responsibilities will include:-
-Client relationship and management of the engagement, building strong client ties and setting the standard for client delivery and retention
-Lead large client projects, setting direction with the internal team and client expectation, including all financial arrangements (budgets, managing work-in-progress and billing)
-Share knowledge to support the team on IES client advisory projects and compliance assignments including: UK and Global employment taxes and Social Security (Inbound and Outbound) Expatriate policy design review Employee residence and domicile
-Taking a lead role in the training and coaching of senior members of the team including identifying training needs, sharing knowledge and performance management. Support the management team with day to day team development and performance - set strategic objectives and work with the management team to deliver.
-Develop strong working relationships with internal specialists’ teams, external advisors within international networks and overseas contacts; and leverage the relationships to generate additional revenues across the firm Lead internal relationships and projects with departments directly involved in successful client delivery i.e. MIS and IT
-Ability to drive business development initiatives and generate additional revenues for the firm
-Generate new opportunities from existing clients and contacts Assess potential tender opportunities and prepare responses along with potential project leads Specific focus on growing the ‘Global Mobility’ Compliance offering. Collaborate with Leadership Team to drive the strategic growth of the firm
