In-house Global Mobility Tax Advisor

The global mobility team manages international assignment and transfers globally, domestic relocations, and operates the immigration centre of excellent. It owns the global mobility programs, including global tax compliance, the related vendor relationships and the systems/processes relating to the mobile workforce. Operating across over 30 locations, it has over 1000 moves annually. Working alongside 3 other advisors, you will be part of the front line operation involving significant interaction with assignees, HR Partners, external vendors etc. You will be responsible for advising on the international assignment programmes and related assignment/relocation processes with a particular focus on the tax implications of transfers. To succeed, you will require significant experience in global mobility with specific knowledge of UK and US tax issues (although you do not need to be a dual handler). You will be working with senior individuals within the business so confidence, excellent communication skills and a 'can do' attitude will be key. This role would ideally suit an individual who is looking to make their first move in-house from the profession or someone who is looking to move from a global mobility function.
