Corporate Tax Senior Manager - UK offshore

An exciting opportunity to join a leading professional services in the idyllic Channel Islands has arisen for an experienced Corporate Tax Senior Manager. The firm is looking to bring a Senior Manager on board to assist with a number of UK and international Corporate Tax projects from their Jersey office. The office is centrally located on the island surrounded by numerous beaches and appealing landscapes. Responsibilities of the role include:

* A portfolio of local clients - both compliance and advisory work
* Prominent advisory projects on a variety of Jersey, UK and international structures
* Helping to grow and promoting the firms Channel Islands business in the local market with a focus on international tax initiatives such as BEPS, Diverted Profits Tax and Tax Information Exchange.
* Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of the local market trends, identifying direct targets, liaising with connectors to identify potential new clients. Energetically develop these opportunities.
* Maintaining and developing client relationships by being the first point of contact
* Identifying and creating opportunities for new work

Requirements for the role include:

* A minimum of 7 years of Corporate tax experience
* Fluency in English is a necessity
* Qualified ACA/ACCA or CTA (preferably first time passes)
* Experience in compliance and advisory work for Jersey and UK corporates and ideally be familiar with the local tax regime;
* Experience of managing and servicing clients;
* Experience of managing, developing and coaching staff;
