An exciting opportunity to be part of a leading M&A Tax Private Equity practice in Germany has arisen within a leading professionals services firm with a team spanning across Frankfurt, Munich and Berlin. The firm is looking for individuals either from a German tax technical background or from a broader Fund structuring background with previous experience working in Private Equity, Asset Management and Real Estate.
The team is incredibly international as they have a number of professionals from non German backgrounds like the US, Luxembourg, Greece, the UK etc as the Fund structuring work is all done in English, German language skills would still be beneficial but not a necessity.
The team is incredibly well integrated with an increase in collaboration with the firms member offices in the UK and the US. The firm is currently looking for a range of professionals at the Senior Consultant, Manager and Senior Manager levels.
Requirements for the role:
1) A minimum of 3 years of M&A Tax experience
2) Previous experience with the Private Equity, Asset Management and Real Estate sectors
3) Fluency in English, German languages skills are beneficial
