Large accountancy group recruiting Tax semi-senior into their Manchester bar department
Your new company
A 9 partner general accountancy practice with two offices in the North West, now part of a wider group with a UK wide presence. Due to considerable growth this firm is looking to recruit a new Personal Tax Semi-Senior for their bar department based in Manchester.
Your new role
As personal tax semi-senior you will assist the managers in the team in completing self-assessment tax returns for their legal clients. You will receive excellent on the job training and as you progress you will start to manage your own client portfolio and become more heavily involved in personal tax planning and advisory work.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be a successful applicant for this position you will have previous experience of working within personal tax in practice and be competent in completing self-assessment tax returns. You will be a good communicator to establish and maintain strong relationships with your clients. You will be ATT qualified, part way through, or looking to study.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of between £23,000-£25,000 plus study support for ATT if required. You will also receive 20 days annual leave plus 8 days bank holiday and an excellent training and development opportunity with a firm that can offer considerable progression.
