We are looking for a Senior Manager with strong UK Tax experience to join the team based in London. About the roleThe IM team advises clients across the asset management sector, including mainstream investment managers, private equity houses, hedge fund managers, and infrastructure fund managers. We offer our clients a range of tax compliance and tax structuring solutions for both fund products and management groups. Areas of particular interest to our clients at this time include the opportunities afforded by regulatory change, Brexit, operational tax risk management, BEPS, investor tax reporting and transfer pricing.As a senior manager within the team, you will be responsible for the delivery of services to your portfolio of clients and assisting the partner group in the ongoing development of the business. Typically, we would expect you to operate across the different sub-sectors within asset management – however, for those individuals with a particular niche interest, a more bespoke role can be negotiated. Our broad client base incorporates many of the largest and most complex fund managers operating in the market today. We would look for you to work closely with these clients to develop bespoke solutions for them. This will specifically include working with the partners to build relationships at existing or new clients and identifying opportunities to assist those clients with their tax UK and international tax affairs. As a senior manager you will be responsible for running the relationship at the client and ensuring all deliverables are provided in a timely manner.We are looking for motivated and ambitious candidates with excellent inter-personal skills.
